I think this may be my first post actually addressing regeneration.

And it’s done by one of my favorite bands, the high-energy, vocally-overwhelming, lyrically-enlivened…Future of Forestry. This song is talking about an unbeliever, as the Holy Spirit works and gives them life and a new heart.
